Christian J.
Lachapelle-Miller, LEx
Christian has served as the CEO and Founding President of Generous Heart since its inception in the year of 2021. Christian also maintains a daytime job in Government administration.
Victoria
Holmes
Victoria serves as the Vice President and maintains supervisory authority of administrative support staff.
Alyxandra
Moors
Ms. Moors serves as Executive Secretary to the Board and CEO. Ms. Moors holds a daytime position in psychiatric and behavioral health care.
Christian
Benitez
Christian serves as our marketing and community engagement coordinator. Christian is an active-duty member of the Rhode Island National Guard. We are grateful for his service and commitment to the people of Rhode Island.
David
Morales
David Morales serves in his community as State Representative of District 7 in Providence's Mount Pleasant, Valley, and Elmhurst neighborhoods. David is also a member of the National Association of Latino Elected Officials (NALEO) and is the youngest Latino ever elected to a state legislature. Inspired by his socioeconomic background and lived experience, he is a passionate advocate for public education, labor rights, and public benefit programs.

Community Advisors
Our Advisors work assiduously to address potential challenges and consult with us in areas that include business solutions, optimization, community impact, organizational processes, logistical functions, fiscal management, and operational projects. They are critical to ensuring that Generous Heart fulfills it's mission in the most efficient and effective ways possible.
James A. Banks
J. Banks is a Sr. Program Manager. Jim specializes in the management of large programs focused primarily on U.S. Navy, Homeland Security, Intelligence Community and NATO efforts. Jim holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island.
Lisa L. Scorpio
L. Scorpio is skilled in both Nonprofit Organizations and Event Management. L. Scorpio is a graduate from Leadership Rhode Island, MUII 2016. L. Scorpio is a dedicated advocate for the underserved and underrepresented members of her community.
John J. Lombardi
J. Lombardi is both an Attorney, R.I Legislator, and Municipal Court Justice. Lombardi holds a Bachelor of Arts, Master of Arts in Secondary Education, and a Juris Doctor. In 1984, he was elected to the Providence City Council, representing Ward 13. In 1999, Lombardi was then elected President of the City Council, and served until 2006 where he later took over as acting Mayor of Providence. He has also passionately advocated for youth and those in our community who experience homelessness and continues to use his voice to cultivate tangible change and benefit the lives of others.
